			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A study described in Scientific American shows that low levels of alcohol consumption can improve some memory functions.  At least in Rats.  Its a good thing there are no Rat bars, or they may be an even bigger problem.  Or maybe not, since the study also showed that excessive consumption hindered performance on a number of tests.  But it does increase scores on emotional memory tests.  Maybe that&#8217;s what I forget I love my buddies until I&#8217;m most of the way through a botle&#8230;</p>
