Guantanamo Bay Secret Evidence Lost?

Dahlia Lithwick of Slate has a good discourse on recent developments with the Department of Justice in regards to the Gitmo detainees. Apparently, the secret evidence used to justify holding the combatants in Guantanamo Bay may be ‘lost’. There is some digression into the Wiretapping scandal, but that fits within the piece. A good read to catch up on the situation.

That’s fantastic! It’s always a relief to me when gov’t fuck ups like this come to light. Take that conspiracy theorists, the gov’t isn’t out to get you, and even if they were they’d screw up somehow.

P.S. I love America, the President is always right, unless Jesus says he’s not. Please don’t stop me at the border, I like shopping in your country.
